2.RUN IT:
The first time that you run AndroidPC, you will be asked like this:
If you do not want to see this question again, just tick “Always trust content from this publisher”. Then, click Run.
Now, you can see AndroidPC on the taskbar:
Right-click on it, you will see this:
3. CONNECT THEM:
To connect your PC and your phone, please connect them to a network. They can be in the same or different subnets.
Now, open AndroidPC on BOTH devices. On your phone, after running the app, please click AndoridPC icon. It will start listening to your PC (“Waiting for connection”). In case they are in the same subnet, they probably connected to each other already (“Connected to PC”). If so, please move to step 4.
If they are not connected. You can connect them either on you PC or your phone.
On your phone, click the AndroidPC icon and wait for a while. If they are still not connected, click it again and again. Still not, please check your network connection. In some rare situations, you may need to force close Android part and try to connect again.
On your PC, please “Open Dashboard”. Go to “AndroidPC” -> “Connect to Android”. You will see this:
Firstly, try “Auto connect”.
If it can not work, they are not in the same subnet and you will have to do it manually. Please choose “Manual Connect”. Then, enter your phone’s IP and time out in seconds which indicates the time that it will try to connect. Most of the time, it works now.
4. SYNCHRONIZE DATA:
The first time that you run AndroidPC, these is no data in PC part.
To send data to your PC, please press “Synchronize” icon (on your phone) or go to “AndroidPC -> Synchronize” (on your PC). It will take a few seconds.
5. GET STARTED:
ON ANDROID:
Download from market or QRcode
“Mobile to PC” icon is used for sending a file or text:
If you want to send a file to your PC, simply click that icon and choose “Send file”. Then, choose the file that you want to send and wait for a few seconds.
If you want to send a text, copy it, open AndroidPC and choose “Mobile to PC” -> “Send Text”. The text is stored in clipboard of your PC. So, “Paste” to see the magic !!!
SMS icon is a little setting. For new messages which were sent to PC, if you want to mark them as read, tick that option.
Others settings are under “Settings” icon:
Set password (please make sure that it is the same with the PC version, otherwise they can not connect to each other).
Port: The port number that will be used for connection. Must be the same on PC.
Show notification.
Prevent Wifi to sleep. So that your phone will not turn off Wifi and keep connection to PC.
ON PC:
On taskbar, right click on the icon, you will have 4 options: “Open Dashboard” (open main program), “New SMS Message” (send new text quickly), “Send Text to Android” (from clipboard of PC to clipboard on Android) and Exit.

The main interface of AndroidPC looks like this:
Tools menu has Preferences which helps you to change the folder where received file from Android will be stored. You can also change the password and port number, just like in Android part.
All battery level and information of your phone are displayed in Home panel.
SMS Threads: there is a list of all contacts whose you sent messages. When you click one contact, all messages between you and that person will be displayed. To sending a text, you can simply type it in the text box, add smiley and click the mail button. New messages will be added to the list as soon as they are sent or received.
Contacts: contains the list of all contacts in your phone.
You can search a contact instantly.
You can send a new message by clicking the mail button next to a contact. A popup will be displayed and allows you to type in the text. If you want to send message to a group of contacts, add and separate them by commas.
You can make a call by clicking the phone icon. Then, inside the call popup, click the speaker to enable speaker on your phone.
History: contains a list of all missed calls, unread messages and files that you received from Android.
For a missed call, you can call back.
For an unread message, you can send back a new message.
For a received file, you can open it.
File Transfer:
You can send a file to your phone. Files are stored in “/sdcard/ViAndroid” directory.
You can Send a text which is in clipboard to Android. That text will be in the clipboard of your phone.
You can open the folder where received file from Android are stored.
The next thing is the status icon at the bottom. If there is no connection, the red one will be displayed. Otherwise, a green one will be here. And when the PC is receiving data from the phone, a synchronize icon appears.
